All orders are processed and dispatched promptly from our clinic. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details where applicable.

  • Please ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of purchase. Dr Vahe is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, please review our returns policy below:

Prescription Products

Please note that prescription items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, in compliance with UK health and safety regulations.

Non-Prescription Products

You are entitled to return unopened, unused non-prescription products within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition, exactly as received.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
